Armenta Films was co-founded by Adam Belanger and David Lafontaine in 2019. Creative partners for over a decade, Belanger and Lafontaine began collaborating in independent theatre in Toronto, Canada, producing dozens of plays to critical acclaim.

Armenta’s inaugural feature film, ‘A Breed Apart,’ written and directed by Belanger and Lafontaine, is set for release in Spring 2026.
